Smith is Founder & CEO of Waysmith Enterprises, a global company focusing on stewarding capital, reviving legacy assets, and driving cross-border growth across real estate, finance, energy, and the arts. What began as a passion project to rescue and reinvent his family's ailing portfolio has grown into an ambitious project spanning private equity, land stewardship, and venture investing, underpinned by bold vision, strategic acumen, and personal conviction.

Symington is also Vice President and Head of North America at NewLink, Asia’s largest energy services and payments group valued at $2.6 billion. Its NASDAQ-listed subsidiary, NaaS Technology ($NAAS), is a market leader in EV charging infrastructure.

A corporate executive and investor with deep experience in turnaround leadership, cross-border finance, and cultural diplomacy, Symington’s award-winning career includes tenures at Ogilvy, the UK Cabinet Office, Baker McKenzie, and the New York Military Academy.

Symington is an elected member of the National Committee on US-China Relations and the American Chamber of Commerce in China, and was educated at Yale as an Irene Trowell-Harris Scholar.

Remington “Remi” Smith is an Advisory Partner at Waysmith Enterprises, based in Europe. A passionate full-stack developer, he is fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Golang, Rust, Python, SQL, and more.

Skilled in Agile workflows and Git, Remi has built a range of digital projects—including a social networking platform, a Brickbreaker-style game, a Chrome extension, and a QR code generator. He is a member of the 01 Founders programming fellowship in London and a graduate of Harvard’s CS50 course.

Remi holds a BA from SOAS, University of London, and previously studied clinical medicine at Peking University. Multilingual in English, Thai, Chinese, and Swedish, he brings a global perspective to both tech and strategy.

Vinson W. Smith is an Advisory Partner at Waysmith Enterprises, based in Asia.

He began his career as Director of Marketing at Prima Air, a private jet firm with a fleet of over eleven Gulfstreams, before transitioning into crypto as a broker at Silicon Valley-based Dynamic Fintech Group. He later served as Senior Creative at Thai consultancy Sapiens Digital, advising five-star hotels and luxury brands across Southeast Asia.

The youngest graduate of Columbia Business School’s Executive Development Program, Vinson is also a passionate supporter of the arts and humanitarian causes. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Patron of The Metropolitan Opera, with philanthropic ties to UNICEF, Feeding America, and Prevent Child Abuse America.
